DIPLO STYLE ♕ PINK + WHITE Ladies Who Lunch
I don’t know why this posted despite putting it on draft mode. It’s a bit redundant of my previous post, but what the heck…So sorry! Bear with me while I decode this Polyvore sharing feature. Ooops!
DIPLO STYLE ♕ How I’d wear the PASTEL / CANDY trend
Hi guys! So sorry my blog has been so erratic lately! I’ve focused my energy on my new baby, my DIPLOshop. Just trying to get it off the ground is taking a lot of energy and time. I’m actually feeling a relapse of carpal tunnel symptoms because I am not only spending a lot of time on the computer (I’m doing the website myself) but also creating one-of-a-kind jewelry/accessories by hand myself! I’m having so much fun and getting utterly obsessed with new designs and finishing them. So please bear with me until things are more stable for DIPLOshop so I can focus my energy again back on the blog. Okay back to the topic on the current über girlie trend…

DIPLO DESSERTS ♨ No-bake Blueberry Cheesecake
I’ve meant to use my precious stash of Graham crackers for a while now but I’ve found the thought of making cheesecake daunting. Until I found this No-bake Blueberry Cheesecake recipe from My Mom Friday. It seemed simple enough so I busted out the Graham Crackers and here’s how it turned out!

DIPLO STYLE ♕ Here comes the sun!
Hey guys! I’ve discovered another thing I love… POLYVORE! So this is how all those fashionistas are creating their super cool “looks!” And it’s so darn easy! Yey now I’ve a way to create some looks without resorting to low-tech Powerpoint heehee. Occassionally I’ll do a post when I feel inspired. Best thing about it is that it says where you can shop for the items and how much it costs! SO cool!
JAKARTA FINDS ✽ Dia.lo.gue Shop + Artspace + Cafe
I’ve been meaning to take pictures of Dia.Lo.Gue Artspace / Shop / Cafe ever since I saw an amzing paper exhibit there last year. I’ve always just been super super busy! I finally had an excuse to go there when I met up with Bea, a fellow Filipino and a newbie in the Jakarta scene. It was my first time to try the coffee shop too.

I was getting hungry while waiting for our domestic flight to depart in NAIA 3 so we went to the convenience store to buy a snack when these colorful mini-Jeepney carts caught my eye! Living in a home that is divinely scented is one of lifes little pleasures that I appreciate. I try not to use chemical air fresheners which are harmful for us and our pet. I’ve always been an oil burner or scented candle kind of girl, until 2 wonderful people decided to give me these beautiful aromatherapy room fragrances in the form of oil diffusers.

When staying in Nusa Dua the outside world (like Seminyak) is not so accessible unless you have a car rental or travel about 30 minutes via taxi so I got to go around on foot a lot. Bali Collection is the nearest place to go for shopping and food. It’s a beautiful leisurely 10-15 minute walk from Marriott Courtyard. Photos of the walk and candlelit dinner at The Frangipani Bali after the jump!

Before leaving TD did some research on the restaurant to eat in in Yangon and Myanmar so he had a shortlist of options with their addresses with him. The way we decided was to ask our driver which restaurant was the most convenient to go to knowing our itinerary. On the night we arrived we only had time for dinner after the airport transfer. And Sabia @DMZ Thai Restaurant was quite near the hotel.

One of our go-to places for Pinoy (Filipino) food is Sentro. I love how they reinvent traditional Filipino dishes in a more contemporary way. Whenever I am back in Manila we usually go for the Boneless Crispy Trotter (Pata), Fried Kesong Puti (fried cheese) and Pinoy Osso Bucco! So just wanna share with you the photos of one of our wonderful meals at Sentro Filipino Restaurant!
