Contintued from TRAVEL DIARIES ✈ Neat stuff in our room in Hotel Nikko…

After we arrived and settled in our hotel, it was way past lunch and we were ravenous. I get grumpy when I am hungry so instead of making me walk for food, TD suggested we try one of the restos in the hotel. Since Nikko is a Japanese hotel we figured their Japanese resto would be very good. I was all for it – besides I love Japanese food! We were so hungry we didn’t even take note of the name of the resto! =P

When we went to KL for the first time TD (The Diplomat) booked us in Hotel Nikko KL. There were many other recommendations, mostly boutique hotels that probably had better food and more value for the same money, however TD chose Nikko because of the location – walking distance to Suria KLCC Mall and right beside a train station which was important because our main mission for this weekend trip was IKEA.
