But last week I finally got to explore the shops in this attention grabbing building and found a great shop called Roamah Roepa, with some of my favorite local brands!

For cheap paintings in HCMC Vietnam, head on over to Tran Phu street in District 5. I read somewhere that this is where the locals buy their art and I wasn’t disappointed. The prices were less than half the price of the paintings we liked in Dong Khoi, so it was worth riding a cab over to this part of town. We walked someway down the street checking out many art galleries, but ended up going back to the first store we entered because it had the best selection, good quality and low prices.

I find that KARE is better value for money than Informa or Index because all the items are designed and styled to catch attention. (This is not where to go for basics!) You guys are in for photo blog treat! I took pictures of everything that caught my eye.
